MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR RIVERSIDE AND SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES

COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE

The form can be found at the Riverside Assessors-County Clerk-Recorder Office or at the web page www.RiversideAcr.com. Phone 951-955-6200 Hours 8 am-4 pm

Riverside County has two offices in the City if Riverside, one in Palm Dessert, one in Temecula (by appointments only) and one in Hemet. At the office of Gateway St. East Riverside Thursdays they have extended hours 5 pm-7 pm.

If the license will be public the Fee it will be $90.00, if it will be confidential the Fee it will be $100.00

If you want to get married at the office Monday-Friday, Ceremony $75.00; Saturday $113.00.

Pay by Cash, Check, Credit Card or Debit Card

The person need to be 18 years old or older. Most apply together.

Proof of Identifications

  • Drivers License

  • State ID Card

  • Passport

  • Alient Registration

  • U.S. Military ID

No residency requirements

No medical requirements

Need one witness

Paid prior to the ceremony

No waiting period

Monday&Friday appointments Tuesday - Thursday Walk-ins 8 am-11 am & 2 pm-4 pm

If the license will be public the Fee it will be $89.00, if it will be confidential the Fee it will be $90.00
